Email Address Access
Alumni are entitled to access their my.hpu.edu email address for life. Should you ever need support regarding your email address, please email help@hpu.edu.
Your access to the wonderful staff of and services provided by the doesn’t end at graduation. Below are some of the benefits offered to alumni.
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment for the reduced rate of $15 per exam (includes a follow-up debrief with an 黑料老司机 career advisor)

Requesting Transcripts
Current students with access to My.黑料老司机.edu (student portal) can select the unofficial transcript link under Academic Transcripts found in the sidebar. Unofficial transcripts are not available for former students or alumni. Current students may print an unofficial transcript on any printer. No official transcripts are available on My.黑料老司机.edu.
Official transcripts can be ordered via 黑料老司机’s Student Portal - My.黑料老司机.edu or via Parchment. You will be required to establish your account after inclusion of certain identifying information with the first order. You must provide a valid credit or debit card, which will be charged when the transcript is sent.
For students who enrolled in any term since 1999, 黑料老司机 offers electronic transcripts (eTranscripts), which can be sent to any valid email address in the world in a secure certified PDF (cPDF) format. These transcripts are considered official documents and can be validated as they have been digitally signed and certified by 黑料老司机.

Requesting Diplomas
Recent graduates can expect their diplomas to arrive at the addresses provided on their PTGs around (3) months after their commencement ceremony. If you need official documentation of your degree conferral before then, 黑料老司机 can provide an , or you can order an official transcript through your My黑料老司机 account. With any diploma questions, please email ptg@hpu.edu.
